Edition 12 introduced Monero Market. Since then, we have been bringing the trading experience, wallets and documentation together. The live order book now reports a confirmed XMR20 lot available to trade on Monero mainnet, while the market interface shows more clearly how a listing moves from preparation to being tradeable.
We have also merged the market wallet work into our public GitHub repository and published new extension and CLI downloads. This edition covers the work since the previous update on 31 October through 1 November, including new market guides and another addition to the creator directory. Our focus remains practical: making it easier to hold, transfer and trade XMR20 tokens natively on Monero.
From listing preparation to tradeable on mainnet
Since Edition 12 · 31 October–1 November
The live market now shows an XMR20 lot marked Tradeable. At the time of this update's checks, the order book reported one active, confirmed lot on Monero mainnet. That gives the community a concrete listing to inspect as the experimental rollout develops.

Captured from the public market on 1 November, without connecting a wallet. This is a dated listing snapshot, not a completed sale.
We have added a clearer journey for creating a listing. Sellers can follow the Anchor → Make lot → List steps, with a progress bar and a plain explanation of what the wallet is waiting for. An anchor is the small Monero output used to tie the token lot to its settlement transaction.
Newly announced lots can also appear to other visitors as Listing soon. This lets people see activity while preparation is underway. That label means the listing is still being prepared; it becomes tradeable once the lot is on-chain and has the required confirmations.
The page now shows an estimated wait during confirmation, then changes the status to Tradeable. Together, these details make the on-chain process easier to follow from either side of the market.
What we checked
On 1 November, the public mainnet service reported a synchronized index, activated trading rules, one on-chain lot and an active offer marked final. The live XMR20 page displayed that lot as Tradeable. The screenshot shows the public listing at capture time; availability and prices can change. Release records confirm the new progress steps, pending announcements and confirmation labels.
The market wallet work is now on GitHub
Published after Edition 12 · 31 October
The Monero Market wallet update has been merged into xmr20-wallets. The new public release includes Chrome extension 0.1.128 and CLI 0.4.0, alongside the shared 0.0.6-market-experimental engine and website wallet source.
The shared engine gives the wallets a common understanding of token lots and settlement. The extension includes its market flow and background handling, while the CLI uses the same engine and understands the updated lot rules when working out balances.
Publishing this work gives developers more code to inspect, build and integrate. XMR20 is not tied to using our own wallet interface: other developers can use the public engine and wallet examples to build their own tools for holding and transferring tokens, and study how market support fits together.
The release includes downloadable archives and a SHA256SUMS file for checking downloaded files. The website wallet continues to receive updates separately, so a public download's version and the current website deployment are tracked as distinct releases.
What we checked
Pull request #7 was merged on 31 October at 20:09 UTC, after Edition 12 was published. The wallets-2026-10-31 release contains the extension and CLI archives plus a checksum file. The merged commit's public Tests workflow completed successfully. These checks verify publication and the recorded automated run; the software remains experimental.
Preparing XMR inside the wallet
Since Edition 12 · 31 October–1 November
We have brought another part of listing preparation into the existing website wallet. When a lot needs XMR preparation, Use my XMR opens Prepare XMR for listing and builds a payment to the wallet's own address for review.
The wallet explains the network fee and presents Send to myself for approval. This prepares smaller XMR outputs for the listing flow without requiring a separate wallet application. The market then shows when the XMR is confirming before the next step can proceed.
This is a convenience feature for preparing funds. The wallet includes the relevant privacy context before approval: an ordinary payment to yourself can still be linked indirectly to earlier activity. Open market records and encrypted Private token transfers remain separate parts of the system.
What we checked
The deployed market page and website wallet include Use my XMR, Prepare XMR for listing and the self-payment review flow. Recorded interface checks cover opening the correct wallet panel and the confirmation messaging. No payment was submitted while preparing this update.
New guides for native trading and privacy
Since Edition 12 · 31 October–1 November
The documentation now has a dedicated Monero Market chapter. It explains whole lots, selling, buying and confirmations, along with how the XMR payment and token delivery are brought together in one Monero transaction.
We have also added a Black marbles chapter. It explains the connection between public token activity, Monero's ring decoys and the prepared anchors used by the market. The aim is to make the reasoning understandable without requiring readers to start with the implementation.
The guides distinguish public Open token records from encrypted Private transfers, and keep the market's experimental status visible. Across the website, the market navigation link now sits alongside the other main pages, making the native trading area easier to find.
What we checked
Both documentation chapters are present on the live site. Current deployed pages include the market navigation link, including the Updates pages. The descriptions were checked against the deployed documentation and dated release records.
Another creator added to the directory
Directory addition since Edition 12
Alongside the market work, we added @sullycodesstuff to the creator directory as a Solana recipient for wXMR creator fees. The live directory now contains 400 supported entries across its networks.
The directory connects supported handles with the destination used by the creator-fee flow. Each addition makes another recipient available in that system; being listed does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
What we checked
The live creator directory returned 400 entries on 1 November and included @sullycodesstuff with Solana/wXMR support. The new destination was supplied by the project operator; ownership has not been independently verified. Directory availability is the milestone recorded here.
Evidence & release status
This update covers work after Edition 12's publication on 31 October through checks on 1 November 2026. Live website features were compared with deployment records and public pages. The market check verifies an active, confirmed mainnet lot, not a completed mainnet sale. GitHub merge, release assets and the successful public test workflow were checked separately. Market settlement and wallet software remain experimental and have not had an independent security review. The screenshot is a dated public view with no connected wallet. Creator-directory counts show supported entries, not endorsements or payments received.
